Tegan joined the Pennisi team in 2015 as a Property Manager, bringing with her two years' experience as an Assistant Property Manager for an agency in Northcote.
Having grown up in Roxburgh Park, Tegan now lives in Craigieburn and hopes to move to Wallan in 2019 where she and her partner have purchased a house and land to accommodate their soon to be active toddler.
Tegan relishes the relationship building aspect of being a Property Manager, along with the opportunities it presents for meeting new people and exploring the diverse range of suburbs on offer in the City of Moonee Valley.
In her spare time she likes to hit the gym, enjoy the great outdoors and escape the city on long weekends.
Both Marie Formica and Tegan Miller have been a joy to deal with and the process from first phone call and meeting up until finding us a tenant has been one of the most professional services I've experienced. We've been particularly impressed with quality of communications, the quality of the advice given, knowledge of the local market and the speed at which your team has managed to find a tenant. We advised that the property would be available on the 29th May and the team found us suitable tenants to take possession on that date. I can't speak highly enough of both Marie and Tegan and whilst I have recommended your services to family and friends in the past, this simply validates and reinforces my confidence and trust in your organisation.
Rory and I just wanted to shoot through a quick email to say how grateful we are of the Pennisi team and, in particular, Tegan Miller for helping us begin our tenancy in Carlton North. It's been a real pleasure dealing with Tegan and we really appreciated her attention during the tenancy application process. We were extremely impressed by her speedy communication and correspondence with a couple of preliminary inquiries we had before we began our tenancy. We also really appreciate the cleanliness of the unit when we moved in on the 5th of April. It's our understanding that the landlord had a hand in the final cleaning of the unit and it made the move all the more bearable for us so please pass on our thanks! Thanks again to the Pennisi team and especially to Tegan.
