Natalie joined the Pennisi team in 2016 with considerable local knowledge, having spent 10 years as a journalist reporting for community newspapers in Brimbank, Moonee Valley, Melton and Moorabool.
The moment Natalie arrived at Pennisi, she was surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were; from Receptionists and Property Managers, to Sales Agents and Leaders... Work was everyone's number one priority, but the tight-knit community provided a supportive environment for Natalie to familiarise herself with her new industry.
A Bachelor of Media and Communications set a solid foundation for Natalie's career in real estate, which began as a Home Finder, quickly progressing to Sales Agent where she now works alongside our Principal, Andrew Pennisi.
For Natalie, the best part of real estate is meeting new people and working towards a common goal, for and with her clients. It's the sense of achievement when a sale is completed and seeing how happy people are with an outstanding result that makes working in real estate so much more than just a job.
Natalie lives in Sunshine with her husband and three children, Charlotte, Ruby and Marcus. In between school drop-offs, extracurricular activities, trips to the park, bike rides and nightly homework, Natalie loves to cook, read and watch the Bombers play on the weekend.
Andrew and Natalie were very professional, supportive and helpful. Without swamping us with unnecessary communications they ensured that we were well informed and up to date. We found the process less stressful than anticipated, we think due to the calm and friendly attitude of the team. Our sale involved a few unusual circumstances and glitches which Andrew and Natalie handled extremely well and kept any pressure away from us. Negotiations were well done and we believe that the outcome was the best possible for us and the buyer. A big thanks to Andrew and Natalie for their efforts and we hope the buyer has many years of happiness in their new home.
