Bianca Pedersen

With 6 years' Property Management experience and a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Bianca arrived at Pennisi well-versed in relationship building and the exceptional time management skills required to navigate the 'new normal' of Essendon Property Management.

A genuine people-person, Bianca's communication with both tenants and landlords is proactive and thorough - you can count on her to keep you informed every step of the way.

A thirst for learning and Masters in Multitasking have helped Bianca juggle a Bachelor of Business with double majors in HR & Marketing while continuing to work as a Property Manager. Now, with graduation in reach, Bianca plans to apply her learnings to Pennisi's property marketing campaigns and further improve her clients' occupancy rates.

While she's visited 13 countries in her travels and hopes to explore many more, there's no place like Biagio's in Niddrie after work on a Friday, or Essendon's History Cafe on a Saturday with her fiance and fur baby, Max the Pug.

Just want to make a shout out to Bianca and Vanessa. They both are stars. We had an early termination of the lease at our North Melbourne apartment. I was bracing myself for an extended period of vacancy and a significant haircut on the rent. The property has been re-leased in next to no time and with only a minor reduction in rent. The new tenants sound ideal. Just goes to show we should not believe everything we read and hear and also why we continue to work with Pennisi Real Estate! Please convey our appreciation.

Bianca, you're an absolute star! What an incredibly frustrating process but you managed it skilfully to its conclusion. Thanks so much for your patience and persistence during what has been an extraordinarily difficult and protracted insurance claim. You have exemplified the best attributes of an amazing property manager and are a credit to the Pennisi team. Many thanks.
