Jodie commenced her career in real estate here at Pennisi. Starting in Reception and graduating to Portfolio Manager, Jodie stayed with the team ten years before moving to Sydney to further her real estate career. In 2003, upon realising that Melbourne is clearly the superior sibling of Sydney, Jodie returned home and took the position of Department Manager in the Property Management Division.
With experience in both Victorian and NSW legislation, Jodie has built an in-depth understanding of all aspects of asset management, and is constantly updating her role with Management Training Programmes and participates as a forum leaders in active Property Management groups. Jodie uses her knowledge to train and develop our systems and procedures that make our business so successful.
Jodie's team receives many accolades for excellence from both industry peers and the testimonials of our loyal clients. A Finalist in the 2008 & 2009 PPM Residential Property Management Team of the Year, and many time winner of both Lowest Vacancy Rate and Lowest Arrears, the success of this department is in many ways the success of Jodie's leadership. In 2008 Jodie was awarded the Employee of The Year, testament to the fact we think she is pretty amazing also!
In 2011 Jodie took out the prestigious award of "Australasian Property Manager of The Year" where she acknowledged her mentors Andrew and Sam Pennisi and of course her well supported team.
Jodie takes pride in leading a committed and highly driven team and continues to enhance our reputation as one of the market leaders. Her clients welcome her astute advice and strong customer service ethics, which ensure their investments are always performing to their full potential.
Jodie grew up in Strathmore and attended St Columba's Ladies College. Having lived in the area all her life Jodie not only knows the City of Moonee Valley well, but almost everyone who lives in it!
