Our love for Layla knows no bounds! Having been with the company since 1986 and now celebrating her 35th year with Pennisi Real Estate Essendon, her loyalty is second to none.Layla holds one of the most vital roles of our business; as Rental Administrator Layla provides the backbone to our extremely busy Property Management department. She does everything! Rental enquiries, makes appointments, liaises with tenants and landlords, advertising, maintenance, sometimes she's a property manager sometimes a counsellor! Whatever our clients need, Layla gives it to them. She has maintained her role by delivering A1 customer service to all of our clients. With her friendly and helpful manner, she prides herself on offering service to be remembered by. In 2004 her peers voted her the inaugural Employee of the Year. She was a 2005 Finalist for the Australasian Real Estate Awards and in 2008 Layla was sworn in as a Justice of the Peace. She is indeed the complete package. Layla says her enthusiasm and dedication is helped along by her supportive husband John, and two children Natalie & Nathan, who though it would seem impossible, manage to keep her busier than we do!
