Liz joined the Pennisi Team in 2014 to assist with accounts. Experience in Office Management, a willingness to learn and her natural adaptability soon saw Liz become Pennisi's full-time Financial Controller & HR Manager, earning her Employee of the Year in 2015.

In 2017, Liz was an Administration Controller of the Year Finalist at the Pittard awards. She then received Pennisi's Employee of the Quarter in December 2018, and was further recognised for her hard work and dedication to the industry at the 2018 Australasian Real Estate Awards, where she received Administrator of the Year.

When she's not managing Pennisi's accounts and assisting others around the office with a myriad of tasks, you'll find Liz enjoying a meal at seafood restaurant, Escagrill, in Moonee Ponds, or spending time with her three adult children, Zoe, D'Arcy and Alyce.
