Lou joined the Pennisi team in 2018 as Assistant Commercial Property Manager. Between maintaining online listings and following up arrears, Lou oversees fire safety within Pennisi's commercial properties, schedules appointments and organises repairs on properties for our growing community of commercial owners and tenants. Lou enjoys the variety of people she meets working in Essendon real estate, and the team dynamic of our office; a change of pace from working independently in her own small business where she makes products designed to build self-esteem and resilience in young children. Having spent her teenage years in Essendon, Lou now lives in Yarraville with her three children and fur baby, Koda the Staffy. When she's not helping Pennisi's clients with maintenance requests and chasing up contracts, Lou likes to draw, listen to true crime podcasts and indulge in a red chicken curry at Yarraville's best Thai restaurant, Yim Yam's.
