I was absolutely delighted with my experience. I sent an email on a Sunday, not expecting that it would even be read until the Monday and the start of the working week. But, I got a phone call that very evening from Karin who assured me the problem had already been passed on to the maintenance company! The maintenance person, Sam, arrived promptly the next day, with a smile on his face and a ‘can do’ attitude. By 4.30pm that day, I had a brand new toilet. I know that this incredibly swift outcome was the result of prompt and professional collaboration between the agent, the owner and the plumber. I am grateful to all parties for their professionalism, their willingness and their friendly and expert assistance. I could not praise everyone highly enough – I was more than impressed. Thank you.
