I found, with great relief after my experiences over many months with a number of other estate agents, that Nick was not pushy, or champing at the bit to get away and deal with the next task. He was very patient with my long deliberations, and most helpful in carefully answering the myriad of (sometimes uninformed) questions I asked. Although of course his job was to sell the apartment, he was a good sounding board when I was marshalling arguments for and against buying it, not trying to force the advantages of purchase on me. He was prompt to find out information which had not been clear from the vendor, and always polite and pleasant in his dealing with me. His easy sense of humour went quite a way towards relieving the pressure I felt about the big decision I was making. My experience in purchasing my apartment through Nick at Pennisi was made relatively painless for me by Nick’s helpfulness and courtesy.
