Recently I was asked to do a consulting job by Pennisi. I arrived about five minutes earlier than the appointed time. As I entered his office it was like walking into somebody’s home – somewhere you felt immediately comfortable and at ease. Even though the reception staff didn’t know me… they actually looked pleased to see me and didn’t act as if I had intruded. The reception area was absolutely spotless and fresh flowers adorned the reception desk and foyer area. There was a genuine feeling of warmth and friendliness. Had I been a prospective or current tenant, landlord, purchaser or vendor I’m quite sure the greeting would have been just the same. It’s little wonder he has been able to build a successful business. People would actually enjoy visiting his office.
