AUSTRALASIA REAL ESTATE AWARDS
The company was delighted to receive three nominations for the prestigious Australasian Real Estate Awards. Although the nominations did not end with champagne, the fact of vying for the awards excited the staff.
The nominations were for:

The Receptionist of the Year Award (Layla Younan) – recognition of an outstanding contribution to the agency for exemplary service as a “lookout”, and for creating an excellent first impression with your agency’s clients.

The Most Improved Office of the Year Award – recognition of being the office which is the finest example of improvement.

The Office of the Year Award – recognition of becoming an agency which, through the implementation of extraordinary Client Benefit Strategies, has achieved an exceptional standard of excellence in Agency Practice. Client care, integrity, hard work and high sales results make this office the finest example in Australasia.
SAM’S COMMUNITY WORK RECOGNISED
Sam Pennisi recently received a Meritorious Award, a category of the Spirit of Moonee Valley Community Awards. Run by the City of Moonee Valley, the awards celebrate “the achievements and contributions of our local community heroes”. Sam said he was humbled.
EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 2013
Michelle Imlig, Andrew Pennisi’s Personal Assistant, has won the 2013 Team Member of the Year Award. Michelle was the 10th recipient of the award where colleagues nominate and vote for their peers.
Highly motivated, Michelle, who has been with the firm for three years, set herself a goal for 2013 of being Employee of the Quarter. Her next goal was to win this prestigious award.
“I am a passionate worker who treats the company as though it is my own,” Michelle says. Besides her PA role, Michelle is involved in marketing and Human Resources.
