THE OPPORTUNITY
Pennisi Real Estate is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic people-person with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to join our high-profile Essendon agency in the role of Commercial Property Manager. You will be supported by a team of peers and real estate veterans with more than 200 years’ collective experience; an invaluable resource for professional development and career progression. You will be responsible for managing a commercial portfolio and be assisted by an administrative person.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working 25-35 hrs a week
- Managing a portfolio of Commercial Properties
- Organising and negotiating lease renewals
- Organising maintenance and repairs
- Booking and conducting inspections
- Handling enquires
THE SOFTWARE
We use Re-Leased and Microsoft Teams in our Commercial Property Management department – training will be provided.

THE REQUIREMENTS
- Current Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Police check
- Strong aspirations to build a career in real estate
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience of the Moonee Valley region
- Commitment to continuous training and professional development
