Rory and I just wanted to shoot through a quick email to say how grateful we are of the Pennisi team and, in particular, Tegan Miller for helping us begin our tenancy in Carlton North. It’s been a real pleasure dealing with Tegan and we really appreciated her attention during the tenancy application process. We were extremely impressed by her speedy communication and correspondence with a couple of preliminary inquiries we had before we began our tenancy. We also really appreciate the cleanliness of the unit when we moved in on the 5th of April. It’s our understanding that the landlord had a hand in the final cleaning of the unit and it made the move all the more bearable for us so please pass on our thanks!
