We have recently purchased another property in the local area (our first with Pennisi). It was the most pain-free and stress-free negotiation I have ever encountered, the Pennisi team just operated with such efficiency. Andrew Pennisi called a “spade a spade” and was as upfront as he could be given he was acting for a vendor. If all my property purchase negotiations were conducted like this I would gain 10 years on my life. It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew and I hope I get the opportunity to purchase future investments through him and/or his office if they all operate the way he does. It was also apparent that the vendors were fair and reasonable people so this clearly helped the entire process. Overall great first time experience with an agent I have not had the good fortune of dealing with previously. So I highly recommend you consider.
