My property has been extremely well managed by the staff at Pennisi Real Estate for 18 years, and since 2007 Emily Klimes has been my managing agent, a role which she has performed in an exemplary manner. Her professionalism, timeliness and efficiency in dealing with issues as they arise, together with her property management advice, are greatly appreciated, as is her friendliness and sense of humour! She is respectful towards the landlord, tenant and tradesperson in her dealings, as all the staff are that I have worked with, and I have felt confident that my property has been actively managed by a team wanting to provide their best service over all these years.
