“I am writing to say how pleased I am with the way Teresa Soliman handled the sale of my property. Teresa dealt with the difficulties which arose during the time the property was on the market with great professionalism, diligence and of course this culminated with the final outcome of a successful sale. Because of the distance between the property and my place of residence, at all times (which were many) that Teresa had to be in touch with either myself or my daughter, she was always amicable, friendly and always had a solution to overcome each problem as it arose. There were many little things too that I am sure were not her responsibility that she also dealt with, for example, as the property was vacant she redirected all mail that arrived at the property to me. This is the second property this year that Teresa has successfully sold for me and I cannot thank her enough for her friendliness, her availability at all times, day and night, 7 days a week that I was able to be in contact with her if need be, her knowledge of the market and her wisdom and guidance. It has been lovely to meet her and it has been my pleasure to do ‘business’ with her.”
