Quite honestly I find your company great to deal with – you’re responsive, efficient, and I like that you provide progress information which saves us from chasing things up (i.e. quote is with the owner). Also, I’d compliment you on the high quality of tradies you use – polite, know what they’re doing, and, like you, keep us in the picture.
