Andrew and Natalie were very professional, supportive and helpful. Without swamping us with unnecessary communications they ensured that we were well informed and up to date. We found the process less stressful than anticipated, we think due to the calm and friendly attitude of the team. Our sale involved a few unusual circumstances and glitches which Andrew and Natalie handled extremely well and kept any pressure away from us. Negotiations were well done and we believe that the outcome was the best possible for us and the buyer.
