All the booklets giving advice on how to choose a real estate agent emphasise the need for trust rather than choosing the agent who gives you the highest price estimate. This is the criteria we used and it took only one meeting with you Andrew for us to decide that Pennisi was right for us. Having initially expected to put the house up for auction, we felt much more comfortable with private sale… This avoided the uncertainty of going to auction as well as the intensity of public inspections. Your price estimate was in line with what we were thinking after securing a valuation from a reputable valuer and considerable research in the area. Finally, although initially I was vaguely concerned about the small number of inspections made, I realised that only serious buyers with genuine interest in our home and with the right budget allocation to pay for it were invited to make an inspection. As the one to have the house bright and shining and the garden neat, I found this a distinct advantage, plus the 24hrs notice I received in most cases.
