I had been contemplating the sale of my investment property (which was excellently managed by the team at Pennisi Real Estate) for some time – Andrew’s advice was to hold off as the timing was not quite right. When he did advise that the timing might be good, he got it bang on, achieving a sale price that was well above my expectations. Furthermore, as an interstate vendor, he made me feel like a Melbourne local. Looking forward to catching up for lunch next time I am in Melbourne Andrew!
