From regularly scheduling routine inspections (where we often accompany her) and offering sound suggestions on how to improve outcomes and safeguard our interests in our sometimes complicated tenancy situations, to dealing with maintenance issues and liaising with OC on our absence, Jayne has demonstrated an attentiveness that has given us peace of mind and confidence that she is looking after our interests and that of the tenants as well.
